DGMT 4450 - Digital Media Project Planning

Credit Hours: 3

This course focuses on the application of production management and operations concepts and techniques related to the field of digital media. The course emphasizes: production planning; scheduling; inventory control; purchasing; equipment investment; plant layout; organizational structure; cost analysis and quality control.

Prerequisite: DGMT 1000  and DGMT 2000  and DGMT 3020  and DGMT 3420  and MATH 1220
