ECON 4520 - Forensic Economics and Data Analysis


Credit Hours: 3

Forensic Economics applies economic analysis to the determination of damages and/or proof of liability in litigation. Topics include the role of economists in litigation; growth rates and discounting; valuation; gross earnings measurement; application of statistical and behavioral tools to evaluate evidence of wrongdoing; and ethics.

Prerequisite: ACC 2000  or ECON 1000  or ECON 2100
