EXSC 3240 - Nutrition Education

An overview of nutrition education that explores the settings in which nutrition education is carried out, introduces nutrition students to learning theory, and reviews techniques and resources for teaching nutrition. Students learn to assess the needs of different learner groups and select and evaluate appropriate nutrition education materials.
