EXSC 4225 - Nutrition Assessment and Counseling

Credit Hours: 3

Students will learn the current methods used to perform nutrition screenings and assessments. Counseling techniques, when and how to refer clientele to a specialist and other components of medical nutrition therapy will also be emphasized.
