PGMT 2100 - Golf Shop Operations
Credit Hours: 3
This course will provide the student with the basics of the operations and management of the golf shop. Topics include: methods of merchandising, scheduling of play, implementing course regulations, development and management of the golf operation’s team, time management as well as personnel management, business planning, and forecasting.
