GERT 3000 - Aging Policies and Services

This course provides a review of the public policies that have the greatest influence on the lives of older persons. The major policies affecting older Americans are discussed in detail, including evolution of policies as an outgrowth of developments in society and the processes by which policies are introduced, debated, and established.
Prerequisite: GERT 1000 and GERT 2000
