EMFG 2010 - Intro to Quality Control
Credit Hours: 3
Basic statistical quality control principles are presented, with tools available for planning, evaluation, reporting, and control of quality in manufacturing, with emphasis on quality and performance improvement in order to reduce costs of manufacturing. The course presents basic statistical control and probability concepts, distributions, terminology, sampling plans, control charts, and their use.
