ATMS 4400 - Environmental Risk Management


Credit Hours: 3

This course introduces students to environmental risk assessment and management from a multi-disciplinary systems perspective. Advantages and disadvantages of various responses to environmental risk are explored through case studies, and ethical considerations are raised to provide a contextual awareness of environmental risk.

Prerequisite: ATMS 1100  or ATMS 1700  or ATMS 2000  or GEOL 1500  or BIOL 1400
