NURS 4400 - Nursing Leadership

Students will explore professional role development of leaders, change agents, & designer/managers of care within the context of nursing. Issues related to healthcare delivery, advocacy, evolving healthcare systems, organizational structure, quality improvement, financial management, & delegation/supervision are examined theoretical & practically.
