BIOL 3993 - Advanced Topics in Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology Credit Hours: 0-4
This course focuses on both theoretical knowledge and applied issues in ecology, evolution, and environmental biology. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, synthesis of core principles, and application of knowledge to complex ecological and environmental problems. Course content varies across offerings, but may include topics such as field and quantitative methods in aquatic or terrestrial systems, animal behavior and evolution, or applied environmental issues. May be repeated for credit when topics differ. Pre-requisites vary by topic.
Prerequisite: BIOL 1400 AND BIOL 1700
