This course is designed to introduce the student to the fascinating world of microbes. In this course you will learn general microbiological concepts and principles across a broad spectrum of areas including microbial physiology, genetics, biotechnology, pathogenesis, virology, immunology, and environmental microbiology.
Prerequisite: CHEM 1108 and CHEM 1128 and BIOL 1900 General Education Attribute - Competency-Intensive Writing
