COMJ 3211 - Social Advocacy & Persuasion


Credit Hours: 3

Examines how persuasion operates in moments of social advocacy in the public sphere. Topics include defining persuasion, understanding different vantage points and applications to forms of social expression (such as electoral campaigns and social movements). Students will develop competencies for navigating persuasion ethically in everyday life.
