Credit Hours: 3

This course places primary emphasis on several of the major speech and language disorders in adults related to aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, traumatic brain injury, and dementia. The student will begin to understand, and/or apply evidenced-based information to form therapeutic strategies related to cognition and communication.
