Credit Hours: 3

This course meets the standards of the American Red Cross for life guarding. It has the three distinct components required for ARC lifeguards: first aid, CPR, and responding to water emergencies. Successful completion of each component can result in certification by the American Red Cross.

Prerequisite: Swimming skills pre-test by instructor.
