This introductory geography course analyzes the root causes and sustainable solutions to socially relevant issues and problems. Cultural, economic, political, and environmental aspects of these issues will be addressed, as will the diverse ways of living and thinking that are rooted in cultural, ethnic, racial, gender, and social differences.
