GGIS 3110 - Geospatial Data Handling and Integration Credit Hours: 3
This course concentrates on how geographic data can be compiled from different sources into a GIS project. Tasks include planning and designing a geographic database, data entry (digitization and attribute editing), working with and integrating GIS data from a variety of online sources, and manipulating metadata.
Prerequisite: GEOG 1112 or GGIS 1210 or GGIS 2100 General Education Attribute - Competency-Applied Methodologies
