HIST 3019 - Readings in African American/Africana Studies Credit Hours: 3
This course is reading intensive and examines the key scholarship within AAAS and throughout the Black experience. It examines the evolution of the discipline, key scholars, themes, ideas, debates, theoretical/methodological frameworks used by scholars of AAAS. Students will acquire the skills to critically engage on interdisciplinary scholarship.
Prerequisite: ENGL 1200
