HLPE 4950 - Student Teaching

Credit Hours: 6 TO 12

This course, providing experience in elementary, middle, and secondary schools, includes participation in teaching and other activities of the teacher. It emphasizes practical experience in aiding children to develop knowledge, skills, and appreciations regarded as essential to democratic society. Students may enroll in HLPE 4950 for six semester credit hours only under extenuating circumstances and with permission of the chairperson of the Health and Physical Education Department and the dean of the School of Education.
