Credit Hours: 3

Students will learn lodging management skills, including the managerial functions and responsibilities of the rooms division, marketing and sales, food and beverage, and non-room revenue streams. Students will learn about the relationship between various divisions and each department’s importance in the lodging enterprise’s success.
