HRMG 3330 - Organizational and Career Development

Credit Hours: 3

Students learn theoretical and practical tools needed for organizational and career development. Change management, adult learning, needs analyses, performance, program evaluation, metrics, technologies, and related are examined to develop and implement training programs for organizational stakeholders.
