MGMT 3120 - Organization Theory and Design

Credit Hours: 3

This course explores the design and function of organizational systems primarily following the Star Model. Emphasis is placed on alignment, internal and external forces that affect organizational strategy, structure, effectiveness, and practical application of theory.
