NURS 4620 - Health Promotion in Nursing

Credit Hours: 3

This course focuses on the health promotion of individuals and groups from an epidemiological perspective. Nursing and health promotion theories are used as the organizing framework. Cultural and diversity factors will be addressed. RN students will develop an evidenced-based, interprofessional health promotion care plan for families.
