The philosophy of mind is a sub-discipline of metaphysics concerned with the fundamental nature of mental phenomena. Various theories of mind will be discussed: i.e. dualism, behaviorism, functionalism, etc., along with related issues of personal identity, mental content, mental causation, and consciousness.
