PSYC 3450 - Industrial-Organizational Psychology
Credit Hours: 3
This course focuses on the application of psychology in businesses and organizations and is an introduction to the field of Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology. Topics include the hiring process, methods of assessing employee performance, employee attitudes and motivation, leadership and teams, and stress and health in the workplace.
Prerequisite: PSYC 1000
