PSYC 3510 - Theories of Psychotherapy
Credit Hours: 3
This course reviews major theories of psychotherapy and will analyze each theory’s basic concepts, goals, and techniques, including how they influence the practice of psychotherapy. Factors relevant to all psychotherapies, such as the importance of ethics, the therapeutic relationship, and basic helping skills, are discussed.
Prerequisite: PSYC 1000
