This course is focused on enhancing individual performance and well-being through sport and physical activity. Topics include motor skill learning, motivational techniques, arousal regulation, team dynamics and cohesion, aggression, overcoming injury and addictive/unhealthy behaviors, exercise adherence, and psychological skills training.
