SPAN 3007 - Spanish for Social Services
Credit Hours: 3
This course focuses on the applied aspects of the Spanish language in a social work context. Significant emphasis will be on practical vocabulary such as obtaining client information, evaluating and speaking with clients, financial aid screenings, applying for work permits, issues of child abuse and parents, physical injuries, and disabilities.
Prerequisite: SPAN 2001
