GERT 3050 - Biology of Aging
Credit Hours: 3
This course is an introduction to the biological aspects of aging, both normal and pathological. Studied are age-related changes in the major systems as well as the major theories of biological aging. Students will apply scientific concepts, recognize data limitations, and explore the impact on society.
Prerequisite: GERT 1000 or GERT 2000
