PSYC 3740 - Sensation and Perception


Credit Hours: 3

Sensation is the physical process in which the sensory receptors receive stimuli from the environment and transmit it to the brain. Perception is the process in which the brain organizes and interprets that information. This course focuses on visual and auditory processes of sensation and perception and their application to real world phenomena.

Prerequisite: PSYC 1000  with a C- or better
