Fosters exploration of healthcare leadership concepts and practices in clinical environments. Students synthesize leadership concepts with “real world” clinical scenarios they have observed to enrich their understanding of themselves and others as leaders and to enhance their effectiveness as future entry-level leaders in healthcare organizations .
