CMIS 4250 - Applications of Machine Learning and Deep Learning


Credit Hours: 3

In this course, students apply machine learning and deep learning methods to evaluate data sets pertaining to various business contexts. Students will identify one or more learning tasks, accomplish each task using learning models, quantitatively evaluate the models, use software packages and tools to implement algorithms.

Prerequisite: CMIS 2200  or CMAC 2040  or CMSC 2040 , and MATH 1510 , and STAT 2020  or STAT 2010  or QBA 2000   with a C- or better in all prerequisite courses
