The Minor in Mathematics provides students a foundation in quantitative reasoning skills that would be useful in a variety of other majors and career choices. It includes a traditional overview of calculus, an introduction to higher level mathematical reasoning, and, finally, the flexibility to complete elective upper-level coursework that aligns to the student’s interest in theoretical mathematics, applied mathematics, or statistics.

Curriculum Requirements
Students must complete a minimum of 6 credits of advanced standing per the PennWest minor policy. |
