The minor in Theatre is a flexible course of study where students get an overview of the major areas of theatre and then can choose 2 classes that reflect their particular interest.

Student Learning Outcomes

Students will be able to demonstrate the ability to think conceptually and critically about text, performance, and production.
Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of process from playwrighting through production.
Students will be able to demonstrate ability and proficiency in technical skills required in areas of performance, production, or other specific areas of interest.

Students must complete a minimum of 6 credits of advanced standing per the PennWest minor policy.
