This minor is designed to give students a formal introduction to the sales discipline. The curriculum will emphasize the breadth of the discipline and its interdisciplinary impact on other core business disciplines.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Demonstrate proficiency and application of sales concepts, tools, and practices by applying relevant marketing mix and analysis of internal and external components.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills needed for customer needs, constructing relevant sales strategies, and intrepreting metrics to evaluate customer engagement and effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Utilize cultural competence for assessing ethical sales issues in dynamic global sales markets.
- Effectively communicate sales factors in oral, written, visual, and digital formats to an intended audience.
