The general business minor is intended for those in any non-business major who wish to have a broad, basic knowledge of foundational business disciplines. This minor is the ideal companion to those majoring in fields such as art, music, computer science, engineering, biology, or sport management where business fundamentals will be needed in professional life.

Required Courses from Business Core
Electives
- Choose three 3XXX- or 4XXX- Level Business (ACCT/BSIN/BSAD/BLAW/ECON/ENTR/FINA/HRMG/MGMT/MKTG) Electives - Credit Hours: 9
No more than one course from each business discipline. These courses should not have been used to meet the requirements of major/concentration. No more than 3 credits can be business writing or internship courses.
(Note: MGMT 4800: Sustainability Scholarship, MGMT 4100 Management Research, and MKTG 4610 Marketing Research can be used to fulfill the writing intensive requirement)
