MAED 5510 - Algebra & Num Theory for Teach

Credit Hours: 3

Students will examine pedagogy and use recent technology to reinforce their understanding of algebra and number theory topics covered in high school algebra and how to present them to their students. They will develop a deeper understanding of the principles underlying these topics, allowing them greater ability to adapt their teaching to meet the changing needs of their students. Additionally, they will look at the effects that technology is having on the subject matter taught and the methods of teaching it.
