NURS 2010 - Nursing Process III


Credit Hours: 5

Focuses on the application of the nursing process in order to provide client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan while integrating interdisciplinary collaboration in acute care and community settings for safe and cost-effective practice. Utilizes the nursing process in the application of evidence-based practice and technology to measure and assess quality client outcomes. These concepts are applied to the care and pharmacological management of clients having oncological, cardiovascular, respiratory, sensory, renal, and urinary dysfunctions.

Prerequisite: NURS 1020   (minimum grade of B-), NURS 1120   (minimum grade of Pass),BIOL 3810   (minimum grade of C-), BIOL 3811   (minimum grade of C-), PSYC 2200   (minimum grade of C-)
