Modern African History focuses on Sub-Saharan from the 18th century to the present. It is organized chronologically and thematically focusing on European conquest of Africa and the dynamics of colonialism and its socieconimic consequences. It examiness the rising tide of nationalism and the African liberation Movement after World War II.
